While editing a document, a few minutes after Office has been started, it suddenly shows the message: 'There is insufficient memory. Save the document now.' This is usually caused by a full RAM or an enabled feature within Word.

- Click the Apple logo located at the top left corner of the screen.
- Click Restart... and untick the option Reopen windows when logging back in.

- Restart the Word app.
