Nothing happens when attempting to enable an add-in in Outlook.
[Solution 1] Clear the disabled items list
- Open the Outlook app.
- Open File and click Options.
- Open Add-ins.
- Select Disabled Items next to Manage and click Go...
- Select the add-ins you wish to re-enable and click Enable.
- Close and restart the Outlook app.
- Open File and select Options.
- Open Add-ins.
- Select COM Add-ins next to Manage and click Go...
- Check the add-ins you wish to enable and click OK to save the settings.
- Close and restart the Outlook app.
